Design and construct projects
BWC Group has a proud history in design and construct projects across Queensland. Design and construct, otherwise known as design-build, is ideal for when you wish to keep the entire project under one roof – from the initial sketches through to construction and completion.

As a preferred supplier to the Insurance industry, BWC Group works closely with its partners to provide instant turnaround in urgent cases by completing “make safes” and “emergency repairs” within hours of an event should they be required.
When a significant event occurs, the senior management of BWC Group immediately attends the affected area to make an assessment of the situation and meet with our partners to formulate a strategy as to how we can best support the community and the clients. The BWC Group understands that when they are the first on the scene, they become the eyes and the ears of Insurers.
Facilities management
BWC Group delivers facilities management services to ensure workplaces are safer and more efficient working environments. We also provide preventive maintenance services to guarantee longevity of the assets within the building and the building itself.
Job requests are attended to immediately, with the utmost professionalism and in line with the current WH&S requirements. Our goal is always to deliver our services in an unobtrusive manner to ensure little or no disruption to your staff and their productivity.
Our administration team has extensive experience in record keeping and documentation control which enables accurate updates of any job request or project.
Our facility management services are currently provided to both the government and private sector including retail, education and early learning, utilities, hospitals, manufacturing and commercial markets. We have an extensive resource database allowing access to all professional services and sub trades.

BWC Group have a dedicated construction project management team operating in Brisbane and Australia-wide. We are actively engaged, through scheduled check-ins with the dedicated site manager, and will work to develop innovative solutions if issues arise.
